北海道大学とは皆さんご存知の通り、1876年に設立され、北海道の豊かな自然環境を背景に、
農林水産業に関する総合的な研究を行う大学として最も歴史があり、
規模が大きく、権威のある大学の一つです。
2005年には「持続可能な開発」に向けた「北海道大学国際戦略」を策定し、
数十年にわたりSDGsに取り組んでいます。
今回は留学生に向けたリーフレットと8種類のステッカーを帰山が制作しました。
こんにちは、スタッフの帰山です。
このリーフレットは、留学を検討している海外の学生へ向け、北海道大学の魅力を知ってもらうために
制作しました。
学生からすれば「北海道」の大学である前に「日本」であることも重要で、学生が興味がありそうな
日本らしさを考え、ゲーム大国であることからピクセルアートを取り入れようと思いました。
そして、ノベルティのステッカーも作ったのですが、クライアントとホログラムシール=レアという感覚も
日本ならではじゃないかと話したことから 、8種類中、1種類だけホログラムにし、ランダムに配ることで
日本文化の面白さを体感してもらえたらと思っています。

Hokkaido University Leaflets and stickers for overseas students
Hokkaido University, founded in 1876, is one of the oldest, largest, and most prestigious universities conducting comprehensive research on agriculture, forestry, and fisheries in the rich natural environment of Hokkaido.
In 2005, Hokkaido University formulated its international strategy for sustainable development and has been committed to the SDGs for decades.
This time, Kaeriyama produced a leaflet and eight different stickers for international students.
Hello, my name is Kaeriyama, a staff member of Shiori graphic Co.
This leaflet was produced to inform overseas students who are considering studying abroad about the attractiveness of Hokkaido University.
From the perspective of international students, it is important that the university is not just a university in Hokkaido, but also a university in Japan.
Considering the Japanese-ness that students might be interested in, I decided to incorporate pixel art, since Japan is a major gaming country.
I also produced novelty stickers, but I discussed with the client that hologram stickers = rare, which I thought was a uniquely Japanese concept.
I thought it would be a unique Japanese idea to use hologram stickers, so I decided to use hologram stickers for only one of the eight stickers, I hope that by randomly distributing the stickers, people will experience the fun of Japanese culture.
